Our experienced team has delivered projects in Plastics, Cables, Jute, Iron & Steel, Chemical, and multiple other industry verticals and has hands-on knowledge of executing over 1 Gigawatt of projects. We are looking for a confident and proactive Solar Sales Telecaller to generate leads and engage with commercial and industrial clients. The role involves reaching out to business owners / decision-makers to promote our solar solutions, qualify their requirements, and schedule meetings for the business development team. Key Responsibilities: · Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients from various sectors (industrial, commercial, institutional) · Present and explain solar power solutions suitable for business operations · Identify key decision-makers and gather client requirements · Schedule appointments and meetings for the field/business development team · Maintain and update a B2B leads database (CRM) · Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation targets · Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel · Maintain knowledge of competitor offerings and market trends · Provide feedback on call quality, lead quality, and objections received Candidate Requirements: · 1–3 years of telecalling or telesales experience, preferably in the solar/renewable energy sector · Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills · Strong negotiation and lead qualification skills · Working knowledge of MS Office · Fluency in English, Hindi & Bengali · Minimum 10+2 / Graduation preferred Compensation & Benefits: · Best in the industry · Opportunity to grow in the clean energy and solar industry · Incentives on qualified leads and successful conversions · Structured onboarding and product training Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Little Russel Street, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required) Experience: Telemarketing: 1 year (Required) Solar Industry: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Required) Hindi (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/08/2025

Job Summary: Assistant Manager Sales of Solar Project would be responsible for supporting the team in acquiring new business and managing relationships within the solar energy market. This role involves analyzing customer requirements, making proposal in consultation with the sales team & working with both the technical and project teams to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for renewable energy, and experience in sales and project management. Key Responsibilities: Sales Support and Strategy: Assist in developing and executing the sales strategy for solar projects. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities. Build relationships with key decision-makers in government, commercial, and industrial sectors. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, effectively explaining solar energy solutions. Proposal and Contract Management: Assist in preparing technical and financial proposals for solar energy projects. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate project scope and cost estimates. Support contract negotiations and finalize agreements with clients. Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and post-sales support. Address client inquiries and resolve issues related to project delivery and installations. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or additional services. Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Track project progress and ensure timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met. Monitor the performance of existing projects to identify areas for improvement. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Head. Analyze sales data to identify trends and improve sales strategies. Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, solar technology, and government policies regarding renewable energy. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand professional knowledge. Educational Qualifications: Any Graduate / BE / B. Tech with MBA preferable Experience: 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in Solar Sales will be preferred. Skills: Strong knowledge of solar energy products, systems, and solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and sales reporting tools.
